Decision Capital Management, LLC has launched United Advisors SPC, an offshore segregated portfolio company that will facilitate European access to US hedge funds.

DCM is a San Diego (US) -based registered investment advisor that supplies marketing and operational support for select US managers both domestically and offshore. In addition, DCM is currently private labeling successful European funds for distribution in the US markets.

The Cayman Islands-domiciled United Advisors SPC is a segregated portfolio company owned by DCM.

DCM President, Paul DiFrancesco said: "This offshore structure was organised to facilitate and expedite our ability to offer cutting-edge offshore funds and master funds as needed to US Managers wishing to access our European distribution network."

He added: "United Advisors is a joint venture between DCM and our European marketing partners. By having a flexible fund structure in place, we can hasten access to our European partners' established institutional clientele for our US managers."
