Sindel Asset Management has registered with NFA as a new Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and Commodity Pool Operator (CPO).

Sindel will launch its Diversified Program in January 2005 according to William D. Sindel, founder and managing partner.

Sindel Asset Management uses a long-term technical trend following program developed by William D. Sindel, who has been involved in the futures and commodities markets since 1987.

Most recently, he was co-founder and partner of Experior Capital Management, a CTA formed in 2000 that flourished for more than three years and, in June 2004, returned all investor capital to enable Sindel and his partner to pursue the evolution of their own trading programs in separate ways.
