Capital Management Advisors (CMA) has been selected by Julius Baer to act as the investment sub-advisor to a fund of hedge funds portfolio.

The proceeds to that portfolio, which is based on the new Julius Baer apex Strategy platform, will be provided by a USD 65 million structured product linked to the performance of that portfolio. The product was issued by AAA-rated Rabobank, who will also provide a capital guarantee over a 10-year term.

The portfolio is diversified across the five main Julius Baer apex investment strategies, with a balanced exposure to Equity, Relative Value and Event Driven strategies.
