Horizon Cash Management LLC, has promoted Margaret White and Randal Burgess to Vice Presidents and Principals of the Chicago-based firm.

White, formerly senior accountant, joined Horizon in 1998 and is in charge of the client accounting department, while Burgess, formerly information technology director, has been at the firm since 2001 and manages trading technologies, web-based development and other telecommunications technologies.
