Cardinal Asset Management has appointed Tim Peach to head up marketing and distribution for its single strategy hedge funds and multi-manager products.

Peach joins from Man Investments where he spent eight years marketing and developing Man's distribution channels across Europe, South East Asia and Japan.

 "I have spent the majority of my career building effective distribution with a firm at the front line of growth within the alternative asset industry," said Peach. "At this point in my development it is important for me to work with the highest quality of managers and to follow a business model I believe is best positioned for future success within a rapidly changing environment.
