London-based Integrated Asset Management has lost its second Finance Director in the space of six months.
Raminder Panesar resigned as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary for Integrated Asset Management with effect from 26 May.
Panesar, 43, took up his role as FD of the company on 1 January 2005, replacing the previous Finance Director Keith Williams, who left the company on 30 December 2004 to join a healthcare company.
Panesar has worked for the company since May 2004, previously as Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Integrated Asset Management he was a senior executive within HSBC for 13 years, holding posts in London, Singapore and London.
Ohad Egoz has been appointed as the new Company Secretary with effect from 26 May 2005 and Panesar has agreed to continue his services to the company as a consultant for the next few months.
