He was most recently Global Head of Sales and Marketing of Securities Lending at Deutsche Bank, having previously worked at Rabobank, Nomura and Chase Manhattan in similar roles.
'Roy will spearhead ICAP's entry in Electronic Securities Lending brokerage, and will be responsible for guiding the launch of a new electronic trading platform covering both the fixed income and equity markets. He will be working closely with our existing electronic platforms, utilising ICAP's existing technology and e-sales and marketing experience across Europe.
