Steve Belgrad has joined Affiliated Managers Group's (AMG) executive management team focusing principally on investments in new AMG Affiliates.

Belgrad, 43, who most recently served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Janus Capital Group, will report to Seth W Brennan, Executive Vice President in charge of new investments.

Before joining Janus in 2003, Belgrad served as Executive Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley, the last of several positions he held at the firm between1986 and 2003. He holds a MBA from Harvard University and an AB in Economics from Princeton University.
