The Paris-based Olympia Group of Companies now controls 100% of UK's Dawnay Day Olympia (DDO), following an agreement reached with the Dawnay Day Group and the other shareholders of DDO on 22 August 2006.

The name of the UK-based DDO has been changed to Olympia Capital Management Ltd. This change reinforces Olympia's commitment to the UK market and the Paris-based Group intends to make Olympia Capital Management Ltd the hub for its international expansion.

Matteo Perruccio, Co-CEO of Olympia Capital Management, said: 'Ian Morley and the team have done a terrific job in building a business in the UK and in South Africa.   We expect our London office to build upon this success in the future both in the UK and in the global institutional markets. Ian will continue to play a key role in the company business. The rest of team and the London office location will remain unchanged.'
