Nigel Gurney is joining Invicta Investment Management LLP as a Partner responsible for the CFO/ COO function, effective immediately.

Nigel graduated from the LSE with a degree in Management Science.  He qualified as a Chartered Accountant before spending a year with KPMG's Financial Business Unit in London.

He spent four years as Finance Director of a London-based wine distributor, before joining iaxis, a telecoms network start-up, and being instrumental in raising in excess of USD 140M of equity and debt to fund the network build.

He subsequently joined Ciena Corporation where he was Finance Director for both the European and Asia-Pacific regions.  Prior to joining Invicta he held the post of Finance Director at Orn Capital.
