New partner strengthens Bryan Cave

Nir Yarden has joined the international law firm Bryan Cave LLP as a partner in its New York office.

Yarden advises domestic and international investment managers, pooled investment vehicles and intermediaries on matters important to their business success including new product offerings, structuring new funds, asset raising, investments, acquisitions and portfolio construction. He also regularly advises clients in registration and other regulatory and compliance matters.

Yarden earned his J.D. in 1990 from Duke University School of Law, his M.B.A. in 1987 from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his B.A. in 1985 from the University of Chicago.

Yarden joins Bryan Cave from the New York office of Greenberg Traurig, where he was formerly of counsel. While at Greenberg, he practiced in the corporate and securities group, with a specialty in hedge fund representation. Previously, he also was a senior vice president at Lehman Brothers, concentrating in financial services investment banking practice.
