Citco Fund Services, which has more than 30 years’ experience in servicing alternative investments, has announced that its assets under administration exceeded USD500bn at the end of April, confirming its position as the world’s leading hedge fund administrator.

Citco Fund Services offers full service fund administration for single manager funds and funds of funds from 16 offices worldwide with more than 2,000 staff. Its services include advice on the set-up and structuring of a fund, legal and corporate services, investor relations, acting as registrar and transfer agent, accounting services, net asset value calculations and the production of financial statements and online reporting.

The firm offers managers a front-to-back offering that combines front-end portfolio capture and real-time positions monitoring technology using Æxeo technology, with middle and back office operations support. By using a single database for all activities, Æxeo eliminates the obstacles inherent in competitive systems.

Citco has also developed a fund of hedge funds solution that includes fund administration, banking, financing, trading and custody, a comprehensive research-enabling trading platform, centralised fund of funds pricing services and a reporting service specifically developed for fund of funds.
