St Peter Port Capital Ltd it has completed nine pre-IPO investments totaling about GBP10m, taking its total investment in pre-IPO deals to about GBP23m since its launch three months ago.
The company said it understands that each of the nine companies plans to float or gain a secondary listing within the next 12 months.
St Peter Port Capital said its investments include GBP2.2m in Homeland Uranium, CAD2.1m in oil and gas company Sharon Energy Ltd, CAD4m in Enhanced Oil Resources Inc, GBP0.5m in River Diamonds PLC and AUD4.56m in Eden Energy Ltd, among others.
