Heidrick & Struggles International, an executive search and leadership consulting firm, has added four executives from Schwab Enterprise, a boutique firm specialising in executive placement for the hedge fund industry, to its roster of search consultants.
Schwab Enterprise, based in New York and led by founder Claude Schwab, serves the recruitment needs of leading hedge funds as well as publishing career guides and studies on compensation in the hedge fund industry. Claude and Solan Schwab as well as Tina Hsiung and Rachael Timinsky are joining Heidrick & Struggles.

Claude Schwab, who becomes a partner at Heidrick & Struggles, previously founded and ran the hedge fund practice of one of the largest US alternative asset management search firms, as well as also authoring the first compensation report written specifically for hedge fund professionals and a hedge fund career guide.
Solan Schwab, who joins Heidrick & Struggles as a principal, focused on senior level infrastructure and investment professional hedge fund searches at Schwab Enterprise. He previously practiced law for six years in the mergers and acquisitions department at Skadden Arps. Hsiung and Timinsky join as an engagement manager and senior associate respectively.
