Nikhil Jhangiani will become the new Chief Investment Officer (CIO), of Geneva-based Peak Partners SA, replacing Ernesto Prado who is leaving to pursue other interests.

Jhangiani has been a Director and member of the Investment Committee of Peak Partners since its creation. He will also continue to be the investment manager of the Mont Blanc Alternative Strategy Fund together with a long-standing segregated account advised by the firm.

Robert Seiler, the manager of the Mont Blanc Summit Fund, co-manager of the Mont Blanc Leveraged Select Fund and voting member of the Investment Committee will assume primary responsibility for the management of the Select Fund.

Philippe Manet will become the manager responsible for the Mont Blanc
Fixed Income Fund. He has 25 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Peak Partners, Manet was a partner of Alternative Investment Services Ltd (AIS), where he was Portfolio Manager of a fixed income focused Fund of Hedge Funds. He also acted as Style Specialist for relative value and credit strategies. He shall be a voting member of the Investment Committee.

The reorganisation of the research process has also allowed Peak Partners to set-up a dedicated investment methodology team - to ensure continuity in investment methodology- led by Dr James Medou. Dr Medou is founder and CEO of Kandas Capital SA, an investment management company that specialises in developing and systematically implementing alternative investment strategies based on a quantitative approach to financial markets.
