The shareholders of three Standard Chartered funds of hedge funds within the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) platform have been invited to join the umbrella fund LCF Edmond de Rothschild Prifund from 30 September 2008.

From 2000 to now, the AIF funds have been managed at American Express Bank. For Standard Chartered’s clients, the link-up with Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild affords the opportunity to invest with a group boasting 39 years’ experience in alternative investments. The LCF Rothschild Group manages over USD 18 billion of fund assets.

LCF Edmond de Rothschild Prifund is a Luxembourg-based umbrella fund authorised for distribution in Switzerland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
