Ramius Fund of Funds Group and Hatteras Capital Investment Management have entered into a joint venture to develop and manage an institutional fund of funds product for the US financial adviser market.
Preliminary registration statements for Hatteras Ramius 1099 Fund and Hatteras Ramius 1099 Institutional Fund were filed on 27 March 2009.
Thomas W.
