Fisher provides complex transactional and structuring tax advice, predominantly in a funds, international, real estate, or private equity context. She has extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and reorganizations, bankruptcies, and finance.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Fisher was a tax lawyer with the law firms of DLA Piper, Hammonds, and Lovells.

The appointment follows the recent announcement that a litigation team joined the firm’s London office on 6 July. The group is led by partner Neil Micklethwaite who is joined by a senior associate and two trainees scheduled to qualify later this year. Micklethwaite is one of the former principals of Gherson, a litigation and immigration boutique in the UK. He has been practicing law for 25 years, and was previously head of litigation in London for both Bingham McCutchen and DLA Piper.
