Dean Barr is a former head of liquid alternative investments for Citigroup Alternative Investments, John Moore is past global head of investment banking at Morgan Stanley, and Robert Mulderig is chairman of the board of bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son.

Barr is currently principal of Southgate Alternative Investment Strategies. Prior to Southgate, Barr was with Citigroup Alternative Investments where he was initially head of liquid alternative investments as well as chief executiveof Tribeca Global Management. Prior to joining Citigroup, Barr was the founder and chief executive officer of Thunder Bay Capital Management, where he managed a multi-strategy hedge fund.
Moore is a partner of 3i US Growth Capital, focusing on healthcare in North America and a member of the healthcare lead partner group, supporting 3i’s healthcare investments globally. Prior to joining 3i, he was a managing director and the global head of healthcare investment banking at Morgan Stanley where he covered the consumer, retail, industrial and financial sectors, as well as the Latin American region.
Mulderig is chairman of the board of bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son, and chairman of the board of Woodmont Trust Company and Woodmont Management Company. He is past chairman and chief executive officer of Mutual Risk Management and a director of Macquarie Infrastructure Group International and Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund.
