Trinity Fund Administration opens Cayman office

Related Topics

Trinity Fund Administration, a fund service provider to a wide range of alternative investment funds, has opened an office in the Cayman Islands.

At a reception last week, the Premier of the Cayman Islands Hon. McKeeva Bush (pictured, centre, with Trinity’s John McCann and Brad Cowdroy) welcomed the firm to the offshore centre.

Trinity announced its intention to launch its Cayman office in September in response to strong client demand, particularly from emerging managers.

The Cayman operation will provide a local physical presence for both Caymanian and international firms to access Trinity’s broad suite of services and is headed up by ex-Goldman Sachs manager Brad Cowdroy, who joined Trinity last month.

John McCann, managing director of Trinity Fund Administration, says: “We are delighted to finally establish a physical presence in the Cayman Islands, which remains the pre-eminent hedge fund domicile of the financial services world. The Cayman office represents the next step in Trinity’s growth as a global boutique service provider and now provides the group with a sound base from which we can both access and provide solutions for the North American market.”
