Northlight European Credit Fund adds Andrew Pucher as director

Related Topics

Northlight European Credit Fund, the credit hedge fund launched in December last year, has appointed Andrew Pucher as a director of its active and independent board.

Pucher is the former chief executive officer of HSBC’s private bank operations in the Channel Islands and currently also serves as non executive director on the boards of several select investment funds.

He previously held the position of executive vice president at the Republic National Bank of New York and has been general manager of its London branch. He has also been president of Republic National Bank of New York’s bank in Moscow.

Prior to this, he was the deputy general manager of Chase Manhattan Bank’s branches in Germany.

Director Mark Otto says: "We are absolutely delighted to welcome someone of Andrew’s credentials and pedigree to the board. We take very seriously the composition of the board, as it is absolutely fundamental to the company’s ethos that first, it is both active and independent and second, that each member is an expert in an area of core importance – whether this be banking, risk management, corporate governance or trusteeship."
