Oscarsson & Engman Capital AB (OE Capital) has been licensed by Finansinspektionen (the Swedish equalent of the UK’s FSA) to operate as a securities company.
OE Capital is an independent Nordic advisory and capital introduction firm, located in Stockholm and founded in 2009 by Magnus Oscarsson and Tom Engman. The founders have a vast and solid experience which includes leading positions within the finance industry.
At the beginning of 2010 Fennogens Investments SA, controlled by Henrik, Georg and Carl Gustaf Ehrnrooth, took 20 per cent stake in OE Capital, which intends to work on a long term basis with a limited number of fund managers within different strategies and diversified geographical areas.
The partners of OE Capital have access to a broad and exceptionally valuable network in the Nordic area. The managers of OE Capital have in-depth experience from managing a hedgefundcompany and acting as a PM of a hedgefund from their previous positions.
