Dominion Corporate Group, a provider of management and administration services to corporations and institutional clients, has opened its Luxembourg office.

The extension of Dominion’s operating platform provides clients with a service that meets demand for onshore, offshore and combined structures.

Dominion Corporate Group provides a full range of corporate services including domiciliation, incorporation and management services.

A key attraction of Luxembourg is the Soparfi, an ordinary company which, beside its holding activity, can carry out or take part in other activities such as financing or real estate. Soparfi can benefit from Luxembourg’s network of double taxation treaties and European tax directives.

Sue Fossey (pictured), managing director of Dominion Corporate Group, says: “Opening the Luxembourg office of DCG is an exciting development for the group and is a response to the needs of our clients, whose structures increasingly use both Luxembourg and Jersey entities.  I am pleased to welcome Anna D’Alimonte and her colleagues to DCG and look forward to further announcements during the year.”

Anna D’Alimonte, director of the Luxembourg office, adds: “I am delighted to introduce DCG’s brand of sector specific expertise to the Luxembourg market. The opportunity to be part of such a strong team with an attitude of commerciality in all matters, the highest values of openness and integrity and a commitment to the development of our staff, was a very strong attraction to me and I am sure it will be the same for our future clients in both Luxembourg and Jersey.”
