Nomura has announced the appointment of Henrik Melph as MD, Global Head of Central Bank and Sovereign Wealth Fund Sales. Melph will be based in Singapore. Fund manager Kazuya Uchida has left Tokyo-based CTA Astmax to join Mitsui & Co. Meanwhile, Charles Wang (ex-Acadian) has joined E Fund in Hong Kong.
