Edith Chan, Managing Director for Asian Operations at Fortis Prime Fund Solutions
Edith Chan, Managing Director for Asian Operations at Fortis Prime Fund Solutions in Hong Kong, has decided to step down from her role at the Dublin headquartered hedge fund administrator. Although not willing to officially comment on Chan’s departure, internal sources did confirm that Chan would be pursuing a role with Asia Society, an Asian NPO. The society describes itself as a leading pan-Asian organization working to strengthen the understanding between leaders and institutions in the US and Asia. Two people are believed to be taking on Chan’s responsibilities, both of who are Asia-based with over 10 years’ experience at Fortis PFS. Chan joined Fortis PFS in April 2008.
