Brevan Howard has hired expert hedge fund marketer John Capaldi to head up sales and marketing for Asia and Australia. Capaldi, formerly a managing director at FoF firm Financial Risk Management, and who has over 20 years’ experience, joined the firm's London office earlier this week, according to two people familiar with the situation. Capaldi reports to head of sales Danny Bernheim. Yuka Oi, previously with Monex Alternative Investments and Gartmore, has joined Sompo Japan Asset Management.
