Angie Pingel joins U.S. Bancorp Fund Services legal administration team

U.S. Bancorp Fund Services has named Angie Pingel vice president and legal compliance officer. Pingel will specialise in registered proprietary fund and multiple series trust regulation and provide counsel on the Investment Company Act of 1940 and related securities laws to clients.

 

“Angie brings more than 15 years of experience in the mutual fund and general securities industries to U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. Her depth of experience and knowledge will provide additional support and expertise to our clients,” says Jeanine Bajczyk, senior vice president and director of the Legal Administration department at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services.

Pingel rejoined U.S. Bancorp Fund Services after serving as vice president and securities counsel at a registered investment adviser where she also served as secretary of a USD10 billion mutual fund complex. From 2004 to 2007, Pingel was a senior member of the U.S. Bancorp Fund Services Legal Administration department.

Prior to her tenure with U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, Pingel spent two years representing financial companies at a Milwaukee law firm and nine years as vice president and director of investment operations at a mid-size investment adviser and broker-dealer. Pingel received her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and business administration from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Pingel currently holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
