Carne Global Financial Services appoints Carmel Jordan to Dublin fund governance team

Carne Global Financial Services, a provider of governance services to the global fund management industry, has appointed Carmel Jordan to its existing team of independent Dublin-based fund directors. Carne provides directors for a wide range of different fund structures and management companies for regulated funds.



Jordan spent 18 years with the Bank of Ireland Group, where she held senior positions at group level as well as with Bank of Ireland Securities Services.She began her career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Jordan has a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University and an MSc in Management Business Administration from Trinity College, Dublin. She is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.



Headquartered in Dublin, Carne has established itself as a leading authority on fund governance issues in a range of jurisdictions, including the Cayman Islands, London, Luxembourg, New York and Switzerland.
