U.S. Bancorp Fund Services has appointed Michael Mohamadi as vice president, with responsibility for overseeing the east coast operations of the firm’s Alternative Investment Products division.
The division specialises in the unique servicing needs of alternative and private investment products such as hedge funds, offshore funds and distressed assets.
“We are excited to add Michael to our team,” says Christine Waldron, senior vice president and director of the Alternative Investments division at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. “Michael’s expertise will provide our clients with the specialised investment services their funds require to stay competitive in the current marketplace.”
Mohamadi brings more than 15 years of industry experience to U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. Previously, he spent 11 years with Goldman Sachs Administration Services where he managed the fund accounting group in New Jersey. Mohamadi has also worked at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Ernst & Young.
Mohamadi works at the U.S. Bancorp Fund Services office located in Edison, N.J. He graduated from Seton Hall University in New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
