The Dow Jones Credit Suisse Core Hedge Fund Index finished up 0.20% in July led by gains in the Managed Futures sector.
Oliver Schupp, President of Credit Suisse Index Co., LLC, says: "The Dow Jones Credit Suisse Core Hedge Fund Index finished up 0.20% for the month with three out of seven sectors posting positive performance. Managed Futures experienced the most significant rebound, gaining 3.61% as long commodity and equity positions resulted in gains mid-month."
