Newedge has appointed Nicole Wesch as Global Head of Media and Public Relations. Wesch is based in the company's London office and is responsible for leading Newedge's PR activities internationally.

She reports directly to Kevin Russell, Managing Director and Global Head Brand & Communications at Newedge, and will work closely with the company’s business line and regional leadership teams to further strengthen regional and global PR efforts.
 
Wesch joins from Natixis Global Asset Management in London, where she oversaw PR activities in Europe, Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Asia. Prior to that, she headed the Asia-Pacific PR team at Dow Jones Indexes in Singapore and was part of the European PR team of Dow Jones Indexes/STOXX in Frankfurt, Germany. Wesch also previously held PR, internal communications and marketing roles at Credit Suisse Asset Management Germany.
 
Wesch holds an MA in media management from the Institute of Journalism and Mass Communications (IJK) Hanover, Germany. She is fluent in German, English and French.

Newedge's global Brand & Communications leadership team is led by Mr. Russell and consists of Ms. Wesch, Peter Ward, Global Head of Marketing Communications, and Richard Newman, Global Head of Internal Communications.
