Korn/Ferry International has appointed Allison Walker as a Senior Client Partner and Head of the firm’s Hedge Fund Practice.
Walker joins Korn/Ferry after four years at Arden Asset Management, LLC in New York, where she served as Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer. As a Partner in the firm, she worked side-by-side Research, Risk, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance and Technology with a primary focus on people, process, strategy, communications, as well as client service and development.

Previously, Walker spent several years as a Managing Partner and Co-Head of the Global Hedge Fund Practice at a global executive recruiting firm, conducting senior level searches for hedge fund, fund of funds and alternatives clients. She also worked as Chief Administrative Officer for Och-Ziff Capital Management, handling all aspects of global administration, human capital, recruiting, performance management, training & mentoring, facilities and soft-dollar tracking, and as Chief Operating Officer of the global equity group at Citadel LLC.
Walker earned a bachelor’s degree in Humanities from University of California, Berkeley.
