NYSE Euronext has announced cash tender offers to purchase any and all of its outstanding USD750m 4.80 per cent notes due 2013 (US tender offer) and up to EUR250m of its outstanding EUR1bn 5.375 per cent notes due 2015 (Euro tender offer). 

The US tender offer is being made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in an offer to purchase dated 14 September, 2012 and related letter of transmittal.

The Euro tender offer is being made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in a tender offer memorandum dated 14 September 2012.

The early tender payment for the US tender offer is USD30 per USD1,000 principal amount of notes, while the early tender payment for the Euro tender offer is EUR30 per EUR1,000 of notes.
