OVS Capital, the European equity focused event driven investment manager, has added two new members to its business team.  

Robert Moore joins OVS to manage treasury and finance. Moore previously spent over 14 years at GLG Partners as a manager on the equity finance team where his responsibilities included evaluating counterparty risk, reducing financing costs, foreign exchange execution and stock loan. In his role at OVS he will be focused on counterparty exposure, monitoring financing costs and cash management. 
 
Yvonne Daffy joins OVS as a fund accountant. Between 2010 and 2012, Daffy worked at Morgan Stanley Fund Services as a client account manager working closely with OVS. Previously Daffy was director of fund accounting at International Fund Services, a State Street company, specialising in back and middle office administration to the hedge fund industry. 
 
The two additions take the OVS team to 13 people including six investment professionals.
