Myles Flint is to join law firm MW Cornish & Co as a partner with effect from 28 January 2013.

Flint has vast experience in advising hedge, private equity and other alternative investment managers and funds and EU Ucits and other retail investment managers and funds. 

Prior to his appointment at MW Cornish, Flint was acting head of legal at Cardano Risk Management BV (London office), a fund manager managing circa EUR20bn for institutional investors. He was also counsel at Appleby where he undertook a mixture of corporate and funds work.
