notice OF INTENTION TO DISTRIBUTE ASSETS 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the directions of the Supreme Court of Bermuda, Mike Morrison and Charles Thresh of KPMG Advisory Limited, Crown House, 4 Par-La-Ville Road, Hamilton, HM 08, Bermuda, the Joint Receivers of the segregated account classes B, E, H, K, L, N and O of the above named Company, intend to distribute assets to creditors of those accounts. Any persons who consider themselves to be entitled to a distribution of the assets of any of those accounts is required to give notice in writing to the Joint Receivers of their name, address, contact details and full particulars of the basis upon which they claim to be so entitled.  Those particulars must include reference to any written documents upon which their claim is based, the relevant account class, the amount of the claim and details of how that amount is calculated. The Joint Receivers require this information on or before 11 April 2013 failing which distributions will be made without regard to such claims. Subject to any directions of the Supreme Court, no person will be entitled to any distribution unless their claim is determined by the Joint Receivers to be valid and based on sufficient evidence.
