Accounting and professional services firm Anchin, Block & Anchin has been recognised as one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State for the sixth consecutive year.
This programme, which is managed by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management, recognises top companies throughout New York State. Anchin is one of four companies to be named to the list every year since its inception.
Created six years ago, this annual programme evaluates and ranks the best places of employment in the State based on employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as workplace practices and policies. Employees’ survey responses count for 75 per cent of the ranking formula.
