“TORA is dedicated to providing clients with superior trading support, service and expertise across Asia. Brian’s addition to the team, and TORA as a whole, will further boost the company’s stable of quality talent,” says Kirtman. “His deep experience in the Japanese market and other Asian markets will prove invaluable to clients.”
Tafaro joins TORA from Goldman Sachs where he was managing director and co-head of the company’s Japan execution services team. With 13 years’ experience at Goldman Sachs, he was responsible for managing trading activities in Japan and other Asia markets.
“I am excited to join TORA and leverage my experience and understanding of buy-side needs in Asia,” says Tafaro. “TORA provides a wide range of trading solutions for the company’s expanding client base, including cutting-edge technology and unique liquidity, which will continue to meet with rising demand across the region.”
