PineBridge expands global sales team with two senior appointments

PineBridge Investments has appointed two senior sales executives – Tucker Glavin as managing director, US sales and Paul Osborne as managing director, UK & European sales.

 
Glavin and Osborne will be based in New York and London, respectively, and will report to John Baumann, head of institutional sales and client service, Americas and Europe. Their appointment is effective immediately.

Their institutional sales and client relationship management experience will benefit the firm as we continue to strengthen our relationships within the institutional marketplace and grow our client base across the US and Europe.”
 
Baumann says: “Tucker and Paul are leaders in their respective markets and each brings significant institutional sales experience and proven business development capabilities to the firm.  Both will be critical to further developing PineBridge’s globally integrated investment platform by developing long-lasting institutional partnerships and collaborating with our investment and sales teams to provide innovative solutions for our clients.”
 
Glavin brings over 20 years of valuable institutional sales experience to PineBridge, and will work with the firm’s investment and sales teams to develop and execute programs focused on growing sales revenue and building new institutional relationships in the US. He most recently served as director of institutional services at Lord Abbett, responsible for marketing the firm’s institutional investment strategies. He was previously a managing director on the US institutional distribution team at Columbia Management and spent over a decade at Fidelity Investments – six years as vice president of the Pyramis Global Advisors subsidiary – focusing on sales in the institutional asset management space.
 
Osborne has over two decades of institutional sales experience within the UK and European markets, and will focus on managing and expanding PineBridge’s relationships with key institutional investors in the region, including pension funds, local authorities, insurers and non-profits. Prior to joining PineBridge, he was director and head of European institutional sales at Cohen & Steers, where he was directly responsible for marketing fixed income, hedge funds, listed real estate, infrastructure and real assets in the UK and Nordic regions. He was previously head of sales at Bramdean Asset Management, a boutique multi-manager he co-launched in 2004. Osborne began his career as a fixed income strategist at Barclays Global Investors.
