Team of 5 hands meeting in the middle of a table

TresVista forms strategic partnership with boutique advisory firm Bowline Capital Partners

TresVista, a provider of customised financial services, has formed a strategic partnership with Bowline Capital Partners, a European boutique advisory firm with a merchant banking ethos.

The partnership will see TresVista become an integral part of Bowline's execution and business development efforts. It is expected to boost TresVista's presence in Europe while also offering its private equity client base enhanced value through Bowline's extensive investor base and global deal flow.

Lukas Kolff, Managing Partner of Bowline, says: "We're very excited to expand our partnership with TresVista, who have previously provided quality support on deals. We are now delighted to more deeply integrate the TresVista team into our execution efforts as we look to realise future opportunities. Bowline has relationships with thousands of investors, and a number of global mandates across sectors. TresVista will help us map this vast and dynamic knowledge base to better execute on deals."

Sudeep Mishra, Co-Founder and Managing Director of TresVista, says: "Our partnership with Bowline further demonstrates our ability to differentiate ourselves in a market where clients are looking for unique solutions and ways for their service providers to add greater insights."

Earlier this year, TresVista announced the launch of a logistics consulting practice in a move to diversify its services.
