Wed, 22/01/2014 - 16:06

Regulatory reporting specialist KNEIP has promoted Stephanie Noel to head of operations and as a member of the executive board.

As part of her new role, Noel will be responsible for KNEIP’s Regulatory Reporting product, which helps fund managers to comply with transparency requirements under regulation such as the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD) and UCITS.

She will report directly to Lee Godfrey, deputy CEO at KNEIP.

Noel joined KNEIP in 2001 as a client service coordinator. After moving to the operations side of the business, she helped develop the processes for KNEIP’s production of the Key Investor Information Document (KIID) for UCITS-compliant fund managers.

Godfrey says: “At KNEIP we are committed to promoting talent from within and so we are delighted to see Stephanie’s career develop the way that it has. She has been an important part of the KNEIP family for twelve years and in her time here has been instrumental in creating and improving many of the processes that benefit our clients every day.

“It was a natural evolution for Stephanie to oversee production and we are confident that in her new role she will help ensure that we keep our clients in mind at all times.”

Noel says: “It has been a privilege to work for KNEIP over the past 12 years and to see through many major developments in the industry. I am looking forward to undertaking this new role, where I will continue to help KNEIP uphold the high standards that the asset management community requires, and maintain the company’s position as a trusted service provider.”
