Indus Valley Partners launches cloud based regulatory compliance platform

Related Topics

Indus Valley Partners (IVP) has launched IVP RAPTOR cloud, enabling alternative asset managers to meet their global regulatory reporting needs from a purpose-built cloud platform.

IVP RAPTOR (Regulatory Analytics Portfolio Transparency Operational Reporting) includes coverage for all major regulatory filings required by US-based alternative asset managers, including Form PF, 13F/D/G, CPO-PQR, CTA PR, Form ADV, Form 3, 4, 5 and the upcoming AIFMD for Europe.

In addition to automating regulatory filings IVP RAPTOR supports risk and exposure reporting in the OPERA format for investors and fund allocators.

The technology is already implemented with over 25+ clients and supports USD375bn in regulatory assets under management.

IVP RAPTOR cloud is hosted securely using Amazon Web Services and has pre-built adaptors that connect funds into their ecosystem of fund administrators, prime brokers, and market data vendors with support for all standard industry protocols.

IVP RAPTOR cloud is available under an all-inclusive price or on a pay-as-you-file basis thus allowing smaller funds to cost-effectively access its functionality.

“Regulators and investors are demanding greater transparency and more detailed reporting from alternative asset managers. To meet these demands, fund managers are seeking cost effective, flexible and constantly accessible platforms that provide deep compliance functionality. IVP RAPTOR cloud offers all of these by leveraging the ubiquity and power of the cloud and at a fraction of the cost of a traditionally installed application,” says Gaurav Aggarwal, managing director at Indus Valley Partners. “We understand the regulatory scrutiny our clients face and will continue to expand IVP RAPTOR as the global regulatory landscape evolves for alternative asset managers.”
