International resource and emerging markets focused advisory firm Strand Partners is re-launching with a new brand, Hannam and Partners.
The firm also has a new partnership team and structure.
Active currently in the UK, Europe, Asia and Africa, with fully operational affiliates in Hong Kong and Southern Africa, H&P has particular expertise in mining, oil and gas, FIG, real estate, and infrastructure / hard assets.
The business has restructured as a partnership wholly owned by its principals: Ian Hannam; Tim Hoare; Neil Passmore; Giles Fitzpatrick; and Rupert Fane.
John Manser, the former chief executive and chairman of Robert Fleming and current chairman of SAB Miller, will continue to act as chairman, supported by Michael Reynolds and Alistair Summers as non-executive board directors. Richard Fenhalls, who founded Strand over 20 years ago, continues as a senior adviser.
