"Michael Adelstein will be a tremendous asset to Kelley Drye's corporate practice," says Robert I Steiner, managing partner of Kelley Drye's New York office. "The comprehensive range of services Kelley Drye's corporate practice offers its clients really appealed to me. The firm's record of successfully executing large-scale projects and highly-specialised counsel is impressive, and I'm looking forward to joining a team of top corporate lawyers who provide the highest quality of services," says Adelstein.

Adelstein received his JD from Columbia University Law School and his BA and BS from the University of Pennsylvania, The College of Arts and Sciences and the Wharton School of Business. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Adelstein joins a team of corporate lawyers working throughout the firm's seven offices.
