The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Israel Securities Authority (ISA) underlining a shared commitment by both organisations for mutual assistance and sharing of information.
GFSC CEO, Samantha Barrass (pictured), says: “This is an excellent opportunity to expand our network of formal co-operation agreements and I am looking forward to working with our counterparts in Israel on matters of common interest.
“The MoU indicates our joint endeavours to work closely together to support our work to protect the public and establish a safe jurisdiction in which to carry out financial business. The GFSC has already signed MoUs with other jurisdictions, and this new MoU with the ISA adds to that network.”
