Brown Rudnick has strengthened its Corporate Practice in London with the appointment of veteran employment law Partner, Nicola Kerr.
Kerr, who was European Head of Employment at King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) (formerly SJ Berwin) for over 15 years, advises employers and senior executives at hedge funds, private equity houses, broker-dealers, family offices and other companies on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. She focuses on employment law issues for major corporate transactions and restructurings, high value executive dismissals, team moves, boardroom disputes and high value employment litigation.
Kerr has successfully acted for financial institutions and executives in a number of high value employment disputes, including defending whistle-blowing employment tribunal claims.
Brown Rudnick’s London office has grown substantially over the past two years, and has seen the lateral appointment of seven new Partners, including Nicola.
