Gemini Hedge Fund Service has expanded its suite of distribution channels and relationships, by partnering with Hedge Connection to help managers strengthen their engagement with accredited investors.

As part of the agreement between Gemini Hedge and Hedge Connection, the first year's annual membership fee for Hedge Connection's Capital Club investor introduction service will be waived for managers working with Gemini Hedge. The Capital Club includes detailed investment profiles on a diverse set of allocators who have been interviewed and vetted by Hedge Connection. Approximately 30 per cent of investors currently on file in the Capital Club have more than USD1 billion invested in hedge funds, and over 80 per cent of Capital Club allocators will consider emerging managers. Hundreds of meetings between managers and allocators were arranged through the Capital Club in 2015 alone.

In addition, managers that partner with Gemini Hedge will receive priority access to Hedge Connection events and can engage in targeted promotion to the platform's investor members.
Gemini Hedge has also augmented its technology suite with cloud-based portfolio analytics and reporting capabilities, launching a sophisticated portfolio analytics platform and the proprietary Gemini Online Account Link (GOAL) portal last year.
