Eden Rock Group has purchased Gottex’s stake in ERG Asset Management and now owns the firm outright.
Eden Rock and Gottex established the joint venture in 2011 to focus on providing cost effective solutions to funds holding illiquid investments, as well as funds in administration.
More recently, the business has diversified and won a number of broader mandates, including the monetisation of the illiquid assets of a bank, the sale of multiple operating companies across a variety of sectors as well as the disposal of several portfolios of real estate.
ERG Asset Management has experience of asset sales, debt restructuring, asset recovery, and litigation management in numerous jurisdictions.
