IQ offers free hedge and private equity fund marketing guide

New York-based IQ Financial Marketing has issued an updated version of its marketing guide, which it is offering free of charge to hedge funds and private equity firms.

The new guide features additional tips for creating better presentations and pitch books. It is designed to help fund managers tap into the mindset of prospective investors, differentiate themselves from the competition, and enhance their branding.
 
IQ says the guide can be helpful to firms that create their marketing materials in-house as well as those that outsource.
 
IQ’s principals Nancy J Dennis (pictured) and Michael H Greenstein are marketing consultants who have helped several financial services firms achieve competitive advantages through branding, marketing strategies and communications.
 
Dennis says: “The guide is targeted to managers who understand that a good pitch book can be a critical tool rather than just a necessary evil. To help them, we share some of the ideas we’ve developed working with clients over the past 20 years.”
 
Greenstein adds: “There’s no charge or any obligation for receiving the guide. Our aim is to build goodwill in the industry and promote an understanding of what well-executed marketing materials can accomplish in terms of presenting a clear, compelling case for investment, and ultimately helping build business.”
