Zedra expands Jersey team

Related Topics

Independent trust, corporate and fund services company Zedra has expanded its team in Jersey, with the addition of six new recruits to its trust and compliance teams.

Four of the roles are new positions, representing Zedra’s growth in services and its expanding client portfolio.

In the trust department, Daniel Newton and Jessica Bacon have joined as assistant trust administrators, Tegan Carre as a trust administrator and Claire Harte as a trust officer.

The corporate due diligence (CDD) team has added Leanne Wilkinson and Michelle Harvey. The strengthening of the CDD team reflects increasing demands and complexity in the industry, as well as Zedra’s desire to have a specialist team of subject matter experts.

The new team members bring a varied skill set gained from previous roles in tax, trust and private client firms. One hire joins the team after re-locating from Guernsey and another is returning to full time employment after being in a temporary position after having two children.

Ashley Cox (pictured), managing director for Zedra, Jersey, says: ‘We are always looking for passionate and committed individuals who can deliver excellent client service, develop market opportunities and work as part of a strong team. Our investment in the CDD team is vital to meet increasingly complex market demands. The focus on corporate governance remains front and centre for the industry.”
